• India Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without consent.

• Clients are responsible for securing their own data, including website credentials, unless a maintenance contract is in place.

• India Solutions is not responsible for security breaches caused by third-party services, client negligence, or cyberattacks.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We strive for high-quality services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

• India Solutions is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

• In no case shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• A client violates these Terms & Conditions.

• A client fails to make timely payments.

• A project remains inactive for 30 days without communication.

• A client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unethical behavior.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation.

• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Republic of India.

10. Updates to Terms & Conditions

3. Non-Refundable Services

• If the delay or issue is caused due to client-side delays, lack of communication, or scope changes.
